KMC Spark Is Live, and So Is Our First Client Site

KMC Spark is open, and the first website we built for a client is live. We are making it official on Labor Day, which seemed like the right day for a company built around people who work with their hands.

Why we started this

Central Jersey is full of people who are excellent at their trade and badly served online. A contractor with years of finished work and a wall of five-star reviews gets handed a three-page template with a stock photo of a kitchen that is not his. A firm pays for a site nobody has touched since 2019. The work is real. The way it shows up on a screen is not.

That gap is the entire reason this company exists. We are not trying to be a general-purpose agency. We build for service businesses — the ones where the customer is local, the job costs enough to think about, and the decision gets made on trust.

What we build

Five things, meant to work together rather than be bought separately.

Who we are

A family-owned team in Piscataway. Kat runs design. Myke runs the build. That is small on purpose — you talk to the person doing the work, and nothing gets handed off to a junior once the contract is signed.

We are based in Piscataway and we work across Middlesex, Somerset and Union counties, plus remote clients who do not need us in the room.

The first one is live

JMD Property Innovations is a licensed, insured general contractor in Piscataway, on our own portfolio page. Kitchens, bathrooms, basements, additions, paver patios, roofing and siding. Twenty-three Google reviews averaging a straight 5.0, and years of finished jobs.

Their new website is live: jmdpropertyinnovationsnj.com

We wrote up what we built and the reasoning behind each piece in a separate post: How a Central Jersey Contractor’s New Website Is Built to Book Work

What you can expect from us

Three things worth saying out loud so you can hold us to them.

We do not use templates. Every site is built around what the business actually sells and how its customers actually decide.

We quote per project and we give you a real number on the first call. Every build uses a different set of pieces, so a package price would be a guess dressed up as a menu. What we will not do is let you find out the cost at the end.

Launch day is the start of the work, not the end of it. A site that goes live and then sits there decays — the year in the footer goes stale, the services list stops matching what you do, the software goes unpatched. The first six months after launch are the part that matters.

If your website is not pulling its weight

We do a free site audit. A real person goes through your site against five checks and sends you the write-up — not an automated score out of a hundred. No pressure, we are here to help. You can also read more about us or see where we work on our service areas page.

Want this working for your business?

We build the site and the platform behind it — then keep both moving.
