Terms of Service

We offer monthly website plans (currently Spark Care and Spark Grow). What each plan includes is described on our pricing page. A website build, or any work beyond a plan, is quoted and agreed separately in writing and is not covered by these terms.

Billing. You pay for each plan in US dollars, in advance, each month or each year depending on the option you choose. Payments are processed by Stripe. Your plan renews automatically at the same interval until you cancel.

Cancelling. You can cancel at any time in the billing portal linked from your Stripe receipt. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you have paid for, and you are not charged again after that.

Refunds. Monthly payments are not refundable once a billing period has started, except where the law requires it or we made a billing mistake. For a yearly plan, you can ask for a full refund within 14 days of your first yearly payment; after that, the remaining months are not prorated or refunded. If something is wrong with a charge, email us at hello@kmcspark.com within 14 days and we will make it right.

Failed payments. If a payment fails, Stripe will retry it and email you. If it still cannot be collected, we may pause or end the plan.

Changes. We may change a plan’s price or contents for future billing periods. We will tell you by email before a change reaches your next renewal, and you can cancel before then.

Some features of our tools use YouTube API Services. By using those features, you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service. How we handle YouTube data is described in our Privacy Policy, and it is also subject to the Google Privacy Policy.

Access to the Sparkster dashboard is by invitation. Keep your sign-in details private, and tell us at hello@kmcspark.com if you think someone else has used your account.

You are responsible for content you ask us to publish on your behalf, and you confirm you have the right to publish it.

We may update these terms. When we do, we will change the date at the top of this page.
