GOOD TO KNOW

Questions, answered straight.

Cost, timelines, ownership, and what happens after launch. No sales call required to get any of it.

01

How much does a website cost?

+

Every project is scoped to your business, so what it costs depends on what your build actually uses. Book a free consultation and we'll give you a real number.

02

How long does it take to launch?

+

Most sites go from kickoff to launch in 4–6 weeks. Builds with custom AI tooling can run longer; you'll have a realistic timeline before you sign anything.

03

What kinds of businesses do you work with?

+

Home improvement and trade businesses, local service companies, and small businesses. We're based in Central Jersey, but that's where our clients happen to be, not a limit on where we work -- we take on projects anywhere. Not sure whether that's you? Reach out and we'll tell you honestly.

04

What happens after my site goes live?

+

Every site includes a maintenance plan covering updates, security and content changes, plus ongoing analytics. We don't hand it over and disappear.

05

Who owns the website once it's built?

+

You do. Design, content and code, with the domain in your name. If you ever want to leave, we hand the whole thing over.

06

I already have a website. Do I need to start over?

+

Not necessarily. Sometimes it's a full redesign, sometimes it's fixing what's actively costing you leads. Start with a free audit and we'll tell you which one you're looking at.

07

Who will be working on my project?

+

The same dedicated team, personally, from the first call through launch and everything after. No account managers, no hand-offs, no junior staff learning on your budget.

08

What areas does KMC Spark serve?

+

We're based in Piscataway, NJ, and work across New Jersey — Middlesex, Somerset and Union Counties, North Jersey, the Shore, Greater Trenton and South Jersey. We also take remote clients outside New Jersey; reach out and we'll tell you honestly if it's a fit.
